About Senior Sign:


Senior Sign is eSign software for senior living communities. Our software eliminates the pains of
move-in paperwork for residents and communities. It was developed specifically for seniors and the
senior living industry (independent living, assisted living, memory care, CCRCs, and life plan
communities).

Our vision is to offer simple technologies for the complexities of aging. We are a venture-backed
software startup in the heart of northern Utah. With offices in downtown Ogden, we’re proud of where
we come from and are excited by the vision of where we are going.

A Good Fit:

Implementing and learning a new software can be daunting for our new customers. Our Customer Success team helps to delight our customers during that process. We’re looking for people that will take extra initiative to communicate clearly and often. We expect you to stay customer focused on the long-term goal. Managing and exceeding customer expectations is crucial.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for new customer setup within Senior Sign
  • Methodical implementation of customer instructions
  • Create document templates for senior living communities
  • Work within the Senior Sign admin tool to create new customers
  • Communicate effectively with other team members to allocate tasks
  • Responsible for personal quality assurance prior to customer launch
  • Expected to work within hourly budgets and timelines for each new customer

  • Overall quality of documents created (attention to detail)
  • Meet expected timelines and hourly budgets
  • See new improvements in efficiency and quality
  • Improved communication skills
