Senior Sign is eSign software for senior living communities. Our software eliminates the pains of
move-in paperwork for residents and communities. It was developed specifically for seniors and the
senior living industry (independent living, assisted living, memory care, CCRCs, and life plan
communities).

Description:

The Senior Sign platform provides a great benefit to our customers. Our SaaS (software as a service) product helps save time, eliminate paperwork, reduce risks, and much more. At Senior Sign, we don’t offer commission-only sales positions. Everyone receives a minimum base pay with bonus and commissions paid for successful performance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Work targeted senior living accounts (calls, emails, videos)
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives as they prospect and set calls
  • Remain open to calls and prospecting
  • Fulfill discovery and demo calls
  • Create and fulfill your own daily tasks
  • Test and hone scripts for demos and estimates
  • Track activity and expand customer database through HubSpot (CRM)
  • Remain flexible as you learn best practices and gain industry knowledge

  • You put in hours off the clock to understand the industry you serve and become a trusted advisor/consultant
  • You don’t view sales as 9-5, you work until your goals are hit (sometimes that means early vacations and sometimes it means early mornings and late nights)
  • You are comfortable with constant change of procedures, processes, and targets
  • You understand that every email, phone call, or conversations is an opportunity to win or lose a deal
  • You have worked on, or scaled, a small team and succeeded
  • You have worked in a role that demanded clear and confident communication
  • You have worked a job/task that required efficient, repetitive tasks and processes
  • You are genuinely energized by the daily grind required to reach your goals
  • You believe you should be able to make 6-figures based on the value you create
  • You believe being employee 10 at a company capable of a $500M valuation is something worth giving your all to for the money, glory, and story it will provide

Education and experience requirements:

No minimum degree requirements. Salary commensurate with education and experience.
