Job Description:

As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive sales and generate revenue in the skilled nursing industry.

In this role you will be the tip of the spear as we expand our market from Senior Living into skilled nursing. Skilled nursing operators recognize the need for Senior Sign software and we are expanding our team to fill the need in the Skilled space.

A Day in the Life:

  • Develop strategic account plans for target accounts in the skilled nursing sector
  • Prospect new customers using outbound strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify where Senior Sign impacts skilled nursing facilities
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry
  • Deliver compelling product demos to users and decision-makers in the skilled nursing field
  • Find innovative ways to engage customers using available resources
  • Track client activity in Hubspot and share best practices within the sales org

Ideal Candidate:

  • Two to three years of SaaS sales experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Outbound prospecting experience in SaaS.
  • Proven history of success in remote roles OR locally based near our Ogden, UT office.
  • Full-time availability with the ability to travel 0-6 days per month.
  • A collaborative team player who is flexible in a fast paced workplace.
  • Embody extreme ownership when it comes to quota and goals.
  • Experience operating as a lone wolf at times when prospecting, leading discovery, negotiating partnerships, and closing new business.

Preferred skills:

  • Formal Sales Methodology training - Sandler (preferred), Force Management, Griffin Hill, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Success record in previous SaaS sales positions (prospecting, bookings, quota attainment, scaling teams, etc)
